This beautiful vantage point in WFC’s Haversham complex of four contiguous properties is comprised by eight-acres of upland forest, wetland forest and coastal grassland. The property sits along the shoreline of Quonochontaug Pond and offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding community.  Some of the plant species present include Red Maple, Red Cedar, White Ash, American Beach, Black Gum, Spicebush, Highbush Blueberry, Switchgrass, Goldenrod and Asters among others. This property may be inhabited by Eastern Cottontail rabbit.
